Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are custom, personalized, or made-to-order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong color or style. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at wemakeitshop@gmail.com.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and any defect, damage, or mistake

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to make it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at wemakeitshop@gmail.com.

Refunds

Refunds are issued at our discretion for defective, damaged, or incorrect orders. If a refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Custom Design Approval

For custom or personalized designs, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving details such as spelling, names, dates, colors, and design placement when approval is requested. Once approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.
