4. Custom Orders and Design Approval

Custom and personalized orders may include customer-provided names, dates, images, artwork, logos, wording, colors, placement instructions, or other design details.

You are responsible for reviewing all custom order details before submitting your order. If design approval is requested, you are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, colors, images, placement, garment options, and all other details before approving production.

Once a custom design is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

We reserve the right to refuse any custom order or design request that we determine, in our sole discretion, is offensive, hateful, unlawful, misleading, infringing, explicit, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Customer-Provided Artwork and Content

If you upload, submit, or send us artwork, images, logos, text, photos, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and allow us to use it to create your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that any submitted content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights of another person or business.

By submitting content to us, you grant We Make It Shop permission to use that content as needed to design, prepare, produce, fulfill, and communicate with you about your order.

We are not responsible for claims, losses, or damages resulting from customer-provided content that violates the rights of another party.

6. Pricing and Payment

8. Production Time

Because many of our products are custom or made-to-order, production time is required before shipping or pickup.

Production timelines may vary depending on the order type, design requirements, garment availability, quantity, and workload. Any production estimates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Custom orders, personalized products, bulk orders, or orders requiring design approval may take longer.

9. Shipping

Shipping timelines begin after production is complete, not when the order is placed.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and shipping method selected. Carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because our products are custom, personalized, or made-to-order, returns and exchanges are limited.

16. Product Mockups and Design Previews

Product mockups, design previews, and website images are for visual reference only.

Final product appearance may vary slightly due to garment style, garment color, print method, production process, design placement, sizing, lighting, photography, and screen settings.

These normal variations are not considered defects.

17. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, prices, images, availability, shipping estimates, or other information will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.
