Order Production & Shipping

We Make It Shop creates custom and made-to-order apparel. Because each item is produced after your order is placed, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Production Time

Most orders require 7–10 business days for production before shipping. Custom and personalized orders, bulk orders, or orders requiring design approval may take longer. If your order requires additional production time, we will contact you.

Shipping

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside our control once your order has been transferred to the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Local Orders

If local pickup or local delivery is offered for your order, details will be provided during checkout or communicated directly with you.
